Welcome to the world of Minecraft, where creativity doesn’t just help you craft, it’s essential to one’s survival! Four misfits—Garrett “The Garbage Man” Garrison (Momoa), Henry (Hansen), Natalie (Myers) and Dawn (Brooks)—find themselves struggling with ordinary problems when they are suddenly pulled through a mysterious portal into the Overworld: a bizarre, cubic wonderland that thrives on imagination. To get back home, they’ll have to master this world (and protect it from evil things like Piglins and Zombies, too) while embarking on a magical quest with an unexpected, expert crafter, Steve (Black). Together, their adventure will challenge all five to be bold and to reconnect with the qualities that make each of them uniquely creative…the very skills they need to thrive back in the real world.

Rangatainment Presents Nova Comedy Nights

R16

Join us for our Nova Comedy Night presented by Rangatainment with Maisie Adam, Dinesh Nathan, Joe Foster and hosted by Matt Richardson! Headlined by Yorkshire-born comedian Maisie Adam, her comedy career kicked off in 2017, when she entered the nationwide So You Think You're Funny? competition (which has previously been won by many of her comedy heroes, including Peter Kay, Aisling Bea, and Tom Allen). Before she knew it, she found herself with a place in the Grand Final, held at the Gilded Balloon up at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and on 24th August she won the competition, becoming only the 4th woman to have done so in its 30-year history. The following year, Maisie was nominated for the Best Newcomer award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards for her debut show ‘Vague’, where she also won the Amused Moose National Comic Award. Maisie's anecdotal material and witty charm have quickly won her praise up and down the country and she has since appeared on Mock the Week, Have I Got News for You, QI, Roast Battle, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Hypothetical and The Stand-Up Sketch Show. She also hosts the podcast 'That's A First' alongside fellow comedian Tom Lucy. Opening the show is British-Sri Lankan comedian, Dinesh Nathan! Dinesh is a rising star in comedy with his viral online videos and supporting renowned comedians such as Tom Allen, Tom Davis, Romesh Ranganathan, Kerry Godliman, Seann Walsh and Fern Brady on tour. After winning several gong shows, Dinesh won South Coast Comedian Of The Year and was a finalist at the Komedia New Act competition and the coveted Leicester Mercury Comedian Of The Year competition. In 2022 Dinesh appeared on BBC 3’s New Comedian of the Year awards and Comedy Central Live. With a mix of high-spirited delivery and sarcastic, self-deprecating viewpoint, this is a club-ready act, bulletproof in its relentless fusillade. Crowd-pleasing without pandering, Nathan is a class act. Plus Brighton comic Joe Foster! His dry wit and likeable persona established him as a firm favourite with audiences and promoters alike. In 2015 Joe won the Fosters South Coast Comedian Of The Year Competition which cemented his reputation as one of the fresh new voices on the UK comedy circuit. Hosted by the hilarious Matt Richardson! Matt is a multi-award winning stand-up comedian and one of the UK’s most exciting young performers and presenters. 16+ Recommended for this show
